Privacy Policy.

• This site does not ask you to log in, and we do not collect your email or password — the trading app collects those when you create your account there.
• We collect limited technical and usage data about visits, and cookies; analytics cookies are optional and you can decline them in the cookie panel.
• We never hold your assets or your private keys. No one holds your assets besides you.
• Activity on Solana is public and permanent — we cannot delete it, and neither can anyone else.
• We do not sell your personal information.

Aura Protocol publishes this website as its informational home: the overview of the model, the Learn & FAQ section, the feature details, and these legal pages. It is not the trading app — the trading app is a separate third-party service that you reach by clicking “Plug in”.

There are four buckets, and only one of them is directly from you.

• What you tell us: messages you send through Discord, Telegram or X, brand-partnership enquiries, newsletter sign-ups for APX updates, and anything you choose to include in them.
• What the trading app holds: your account email, password, identity checks, balances and trade history live with the JTX trading app, and Jupiter or MoonPay hold what their services require. We do not receive or store that account information.
• What the site records automatically: browser and device type, screen size, approximate region derived from an IP address, pages and sections viewed, scroll and interaction events, referring site, session identifiers, and error logs.
• What the ledger records: any wallet address you use on Solana, the transactions it makes, and the token balances it holds. This is public blockchain data.

• To make the site load and work, and to keep it running and secure.
• To see which sections people actually read, where people drop off, and which animations or explanations are worth improving.
• To answer you when you ask something, and to follow up on a brand enquiry.
• To send APX updates if you signed up for them, and to stop if you ask us to.
• To detect abuse — automated scraping, spam, and attacks on the site.

The cookie panel that appears when you first arrive covers this. Essential cookies are always on — they hold your cookie choice and keep the site functioning. Analytics cookies are off until you opt in: choose “Customize” to tick Analytics on or off, “Save preferences” to keep your choice, or “Accept all” to turn everything on. You can change your mind at any time in your browser’s cookie settings.

Analytics data tells us about behaviour in aggregate — which page, which section, how long — not about who you are. We do not use it to build a profile of you or to sell advertising.

• Service providers who host the site, deliver it, store data, or help us measure and monitor it — under contract, and only for the job they do for us.
• Third parties you choose: when you click “Plug in”, the trading app receives the visit and the mint parameter in the link; Jupiter and MoonPay each see what their own services need.
• Anyone, for on-chain data — the ledger is public by design.
• Authorities or rights-holders, where we are legally required to disclose, or to protect safety, rights or property.
• A successor, if the project or its assets are transferred.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for third-party advertising.

The JTX trading app, Jupiter, MoonPay, Solana RPC providers and block explorers, and the social platforms we link to each operate under their own privacy policies and under their own control. Their handling of your data is theirs to explain, not ours — read their policies before you use them. We are not responsible for their practices.

Technical logs are kept for a short period and then aggregated or deleted. Messages and enquiries are kept while we are dealing with them and afterwards where there is a good reason. Newsletter sign-ups are kept until you unsubscribe. On-chain records are permanent and cannot be deleted by anyone.

We keep the site behind standard hosting and transport protections and limit access to what is needed. Because we never hold your keys or your funds, there is no vault of customer assets for anyone to take from us — which also means no one can undo a loss on your side.

Your half of the job: store your recovery phrase offline in more than one safe place, use a hardware wallet for anything significant, keep a unique password for the trading app and for your email, and never sign an approval you have not read.

• Ask us what we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask for deletion of what we can lawfully delete.
• Decline analytics cookies in the cookie panel, or clear cookies in your browser.
• Unsubscribe from APX updates at any time.
• Object to or restrict certain uses of your data where the law gives you that right.

Some of these rights do not reach on-chain data, which is permanent and public. If we need to confirm who you are before acting on a request, we will ask for the minimum needed.

This site is served internationally, and the infrastructure behind it may operate in more than one country. Because Solana itself is a global network, on-chain data is processed everywhere at once.

This site is not aimed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, tell us through the channels below and we will remove it.

If this policy changes materially, we will update the date at the top of the page and say so on our official channels.
